Week 32

I don't have much time but this week was a really good week. We had a stake conference broadcast this past Sunday and it was great. The speakers spoke about the importance of praying everyday, reading the scriptures everyday, and serving everyday. Doing those things daily can change your life. Another speaker, one from our stake who spoke before the broadcast started, spoke about regrets. He specifically spoke about being able to live with no regrets because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. When we use the Atonement in our lives we can be forgiven and be washed clean of the mistakes we make. We can forgive others and we can forgive ourselves. We do not have to be burdened down by sin. Our Heavenly Father doesn't want that for us. Christ can lift those burdens and we can move forward with our lives with not regrets. I know that the gospel can bless our lives but not only bless, but change our lives. We can experience joy in the small things and even experience joy when we are going through rough times. Don't just lean on yourself, lean of Christ. We dont have to go through life alone. The Spirit is truly a comforter. Seek after the Spirit. Pray always. Feast upon the words of Christ. Serve others. Have joy.
